As a Wine Educator / Server, you’ll blend wine expertise with hospitality magic — helping guests learn about and fall in love with our wines while delivering exceptional service:

~ Be the expert on our wines, vineyards, and brand stories — and tell them with joy and confidence.
~ Pour and conduct engaging tasting flight experiences that are both fun and educational.
~ Provide exceptional service to every guest — with warmth, personality, and professionalism.
~ SELL!  SELL!  SELL! Use strong guest communication skills to drive Wine Club sign-ups and deepen member relationships.
~ Know the food menu & wine pairings like the back of your hand — and share your knowledge enthusiastically.

Who fits right in with the Folktale Family?

     1+ year serving or relevant hospitality experience
     Passionate about wine, people, and sales (“sell with joy!”)
     Excellent communication and guest service skills
     Must be 21+ (California law!)
     Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & special events
     Food Handler & Beverage Certifications (or willingness to get them)

What You’ll Get

$16.90/hr base + tips averaging $35–$50/hr
