Job Description - Wire Bundle Operator

Paragon Staffing, LLC is a company that specializes in connecting job seekers with employers who are seeking temporary, contract, or permanent positions.

Due to the growth, Paragon Staffing, LLC is looking for qualified wire bundle operators to join our team! We take the stress and trouble away from finding each individual the right employment opportunity!

Responsibilities/Duties

Set up and operate machines, run job orders as specified, and bundle wires.
Understand and follow cut sheets/job orders.
Routinely perform quality and quantity checks and verify for accuracy.
Ability to stand and perform repetitive work for long periods of time.
Good eyesight with accurate color vision Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50-60 lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to read and follow work instructions.
Must be flexible with work tasks.
Sharp eye for detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Work Schedule:
2nd shift (ONLY)
Monday Though Friday
5PM - 2AM

Compensation:
$18/hr.
