Wire Person

Description

We are currently seeking experienced Control Panel Wiring/Panel Builders for full-time positions in our Novi, Michigan office. The ideal candidate must be able to read and interpret electrical wiring schematics, signs and symbols that are involved in the placement, mounting and wiring of electrical component installation into the metal cabinets/control panels.

Requirements

• Assembles electrical components, units, sub-assemblies and wiring.
• Positions, aligns, and adjusts components and electrical parts to facilitate wiring and assembly.
• Wire complex controls panels based on drawing, instructions and guidelines.
• Reads and comprehends electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders and mechanical drawings.
• Follows and maintains 3rd party standards, NEC code and other applicable standards and codes.
• May operate hand pallet jack, electric lift or overhead crane

High School diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years’ experience preferred.
