Your Role:
As a Wireless Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping customers understand their options and make informed choices about wireless services. You’ll serve as a brand ambassador, build relationships, and support the success of our sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use in-person sales and marketing techniques to promote wireless products and services
• Confidently present product information and assist customers in making the best choices
• Build strong relationships with clients and customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with team members to meet goals and identify outreach opportunities
• Support and coach new team members to ensure overall success
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, product interest, and order details

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is helpful, but not required
• A self-motivated, positive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment
