Purpose of Position:
The main focus of this position is to promote our client's brand by developing and hosting events on behalf of our clients. We are looking for a competitive Wireless Retail Sales Associates to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Wireless Sales Associate duties include selling, restocking, and merchandising. The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company's growth and revenue through sales maximization

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Ascertain customer's needs and wants
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Follow all company's policies and procedures

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of retail, sales, marketing or customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to think on your feet and to problem solve effectively
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to apply constructive feedback
• Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment
• Must love working with people and be comfortable in a face to face environment

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ to be considered for employment
• Have reliable transportation

• Team player who is assertive, goal-oriented, positive and self-motivated
• Associate | Bachelors degree preferred but not required
• High School diploma is mandatory
• Desire to work in a dynamic, fun, and fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to multi-task, including conversing while navigating our in store marketing system simultaneously
• High level of integrity
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
