As a key member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in helping customers find the perfect wireless solutions to meet their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, selling wireless products, and ensuring our store provides an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and uphold visual merchandising standards.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products that best suit them.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest wireless products and services.
• Accurately explain product features and benefits to customers.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.

• Passion for working with people and providing face-to-face customer service.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation is required; this is an on-site position in Bismarck, ND.

• High school diploma is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
