Due to a new partnership with Verizon Wireless and the expansion of their wireless division, we’re looking for driven and personable individuals to join our Wireless Sales Team and help bring Verizon’s cutting-edge products directly to customers.

What Will I Be Doing as a Wireless Sales Team Member?

• Proactively engage potential Verizon Wireless customers in high-traffic areas, community events, and retail settings to promote products and services. 
• Conduct personalized needs assessments to identify communication requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
• Present and demonstrate Verizon Wireless offerings—including mobile devices, plans, accessories, and home internet services—with clarity and persuasiveness.
• Resolve customer inquiries and objections with confidence and professionalism to drive successful sales outcomes.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems, ensuring compliance.
• Stay up to date on Verizon Wireless product knowledge, promotions, and competitive offerings through continuous learning.
• Collaborate effectively with teammates and sales leaders to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Participate in training, coaching, and product launch initiatives to refine sales skills and adapt in a fast-paced industry.

What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as a Wireless Sales Team Member?

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework or a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a strong plus.
• Applicants with up to 2 years of sales or customer service experience are welcome; training is provided for motivated entry-level candidates.
• Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively and persuasively with diverse individuals.
• A highly self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a competitive spirit and a proven desire to achieve sales goals.
• A genuine passion for technology, particularly mobile devices and wireless solutions, and a strong desire to help customers find the right solutions.
• Strong critical thinking skills to identify customer needs and tailor appropriate solutions quickly.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment, handling objections and adapting to various customer personalities and situations with a positive attitude.
