Positions available in our Wraparound for Intensive Services (WISe) program!

Whether your license is associate level or fully independent, we have a place for you! Depending on your licensure status, experience, and position, your salary would be $64,500 - $90,000 (with an increase for groups, language skills, having an SUDP/T, and managerial positions)

This includes meeting clients in public spaces, in their homes and in partnership sites (such as schools or drop-in centers).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide comprehensive therapeutic support services assisting children, youth, and families cope with complex behavior and mental health needs. In a team framework the therapist works in close collaboration with a Wraparound Facilitator and Parent /Youth Partner to identify goals, assess needs, and coordinate access to community resources.
• Maintaining paperwork in accordance with state and federal laws and credentialing.
• Therapists also participate in consultations with a team of psychiatrists and psychologists twice a month.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree in Psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Counselor with the Washington State Department of Health (DOH). Full licensure or Associate license in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy is appropriate.
• Acceptance and ability to work with individuals and families with a variety of lifestyles, behaviors, cultural and spiritual practices with the ability to apply a social justice and equity lens to all aspects of this work.
