This position isn't just about creating visually appealing designs but also involves a deep understanding of our industry space, user base, and their needs. Additionally, it requires the ability to craft comprehensive user stories to drive product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Product Involvement: Work closely with the CPO and Senior Product Manager to understand Wisor.ai's ecosystem, user personas, and market demands. Craft user stories and contribute to product strategy.
• UX/UI Leadership: Lead the creation of product designs, system designs, web presence, and communications design, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Driving User-Centricity: Conduct user research, analyze behaviors, and translate insights into intuitive and efficient user flows. Advocate for user needs throughout the design and development processes

• Holistic UX/UI Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design within startup environments, preferably with exposure to B2B products.
• Product Mindset: Proven track record in understanding complex industries, defining user stories, and contributing to product strategy.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Customer Support, and developers).
•  User-Centric Approach: Ability to deeply comprehend user needs and translate them into precise system flows and user stories.
• Create Marketing Designs too as part of the role per Marketing requirements and needs
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment where initiatives progress rapidly.
• Language Skills: High proficiency in English is required.
