Position Overview

The WMS Support Researcher will provide research support and problem resolution assistance to Supply Chain and Corporate business partners in all distribution centers.

Will work with Inventory Control, DC Supply Chain, Allocators and Buyers to research and problem solve issues that impede the flow of merchandise to the Stores. Work closely with internal WMS support team to assist with issue resolution for WMS and other business systems.

Must have a strong research skill set and problem-solving ability. Experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment and work independently at the highest level. Ability to work on multiple software applications. Quickly process information and make decisions. Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multi-task.

A Day in the Life

• Respond to Service Now incidents, ensuring detailed notes are added and specific requests are addressed within a timely manner  
• Conduct research on inventory issues and identify inventory discrepancies
• Monitor Team inbox, respond promptly to system alerts, user requests, and reported problems.
• Prepare and publish various department reports
• Configuration of printers/ locations in WMOS (Warehouse Management System)
• Run waves for various DCs on East and West Coasts
• Respond to Allocations and Buyers regarding inventory request

You'll Come With

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• 2-3 years of Logistics and/or Supply Chain related experience
• Good communications skills, including written and verbal
• Strong critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook 
• Knowledge using SQL – Oracle
• Interaction of multiple supply chain and enterprise systems including:
• Manhattan WMOS
• MHE (Material Handling Equipment)
• Order entry system

Compensation Range: $15.60 - $22.00
