Position Summary
The Clinic Director oversees the daily operations of For Her, providing leadership, vision, and direction to staff while ensuring the clinic fulfills its mission. This role oversees patient services, medical operations, financial management, staff development, and fundraising to support the clinic’s ongoing ministry and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Staff Development: Lead, supervise, train, and disciple staff while fostering a mission-focused, prayer-centered environment.
Medical Operations: Partner with the Medical Director and medical team to ensure quality patient care, regulatory compliance, accurate medical records, infection control, and quality assurance. Perform clinical duties, including ultrasounds, as qualified and trained.
Administrative & Financial Management: Oversee daily clinic operations, budgeting, purchasing, contracts, reporting, recordkeeping, and facility presentation.
Fundraising & Community Engagement: Develop and implement fundraising strategies, cultivate donor relationships, coordinate major events, and oversee marketing, public relations, and community outreach.
Mission & Ministry: Ensure programs and services align with the clinic’s mission, coordinate ministry activities, and support the spiritual development of staff and clients.
Qualifications
- College degree required; Prefer medical-related studies or licensed medical professional
- 4–5 years of professional experience in a similar leadership role.
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of medical operations, basic bookkeeping, and purchasing practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Must be a member of Trinity Church and demonstrate a commitment to the mission and values of the ministry.
