Provider Profession Needed:	WHNP, PA or Certified Nurse Midwife
Specialty:	Women's Health - Outpatient
Start Date:	5/26/2026
End Date:
Length of Assignment:	12 weeks with definite possibility of extension
Credentialing Timeframe:	3 weeks
Work Schedule:	M-F 8 AM - 5 PM May be able to accommodate 4x10
Patient Volume:	23-24 is average, however, there is a no-show rate of 10-20%
Procedures:	Perform history and physical Primary preventative care in adolescent and adult women. Debridement and general care for superficial wounds and minor superficial surgical procedures. Basic Contraceptive Care- condoms, hormonal pills, ring, depo, etc. Evaluation and treatment of common vaginal infections. Papsmears Pregnancy testing. Screen for high-risk pregnancies, pregnancy complications, and postpartum complications. Sexually transmitted infection screen and treatment.
EMR:	Epic
License Needed:	Active CA license and furnishing license (attached to DEA)
Certifications Needed:	BC BLS, ACLS Current basic CPR certification. Must be able to obtain privileges. Must be able to pass a background check. ACTIVE CA DEA
Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed:
Interview Schedule/Preferences:	Name clear process - will have to pass a name clear before presentation is sent.
Other additional pertinent information:	1 MA (goal is to have 1.5 MA's, they are hiring more) Appointments are scheduled through their call center in Atwater, CA MUST have 1 year of most recent Epic experience MUST have worked a locums assignment in the past
