Women's Health Operations Manager

Valley View's Women's Health Clinic is hiring for an Operations Manager! 

As the Operations Manager you will provide input into the operations of Women's Health Clinic, front line staffing, staff development and training. You will also assist with data analysis and strategic planning for the clinic.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree

EXPERIENCE:

• Prior hospital experience preferred; One to Two years of customer service experience preferred.


• Management: at least 3 years preferred

OTHER SKILLS:

• Excellent customer service and phone skills.


• Ability to work under variable conditions, well-organized, dependable and flexible.


• Must be a team player.


• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Epic, Tableau.

SALARY RANGE

• ‎$62,857.60 to $92,435.20 annually


• Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
