Position Overview
The Territory Manager will drive sales growth, build relationships with healthcare providers, and promote products and services within the designated territory. This full-time position requires a proactive and strategic approach to sales in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence.
Identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, to promote innovative medical technology solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct regular sales meetings and presentations to educate clients on products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports to communicate progress to management.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in field-based sales, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
Desired Experience
Experience in the medical technology or healthcare sales sector.

Salary & Benefits
The Territory Manager position offers a base salary of $100,000 annually, plus uncapped commissions based on experience and qualifications, with a target of $195,000. The company offers a competitive benefits package that includes:
