Wood Repair Crew Lead

Thrasher Termite & Pest Control in San Diego, is looking to hire a journeyman level wood repair crew leader with 3-5 years experience.

Job duties will include wood repairs to decks, fascia, roofs, patios, trim, doors, painting, and anything wood repair related.

A qualified applicant will be dependable, hardworking, and be able to lead each and every job.

Work Hours are 7:00AM-4:30PM. Candidate may be required to work overtime and Saturdays.

Pre employment background check, DMV Record (3 years driving record) and pre-employment drug screening required.

We offer top pay based on experience & attitude.

Company truck & company cell phone provided if experienced to be a self-starter.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Insurable by motor vehicle insurer (clean driving record).

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS

• Required: none

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Preferred: 3-5  years of carpentry and general home repair experience
• Preferred: one (1) year in the termite and pest control business
