Greyloch, founded in 1991, is a Meridian Idaho based cabinet manufacturer moving their current headquarters to Star Idaho in early 2023. The new, first of its kind batch size 1 facility in North America, will give builders an expanded product offering with shortened lead times. Greyloch’ s vision is to bring the centuries old art of cabinet making into the 21st century by using automation and ingenuity.

Role and Responsibilities

• 
  Review daily schedule given by foreman


• 
  Self-motivated and able to direct a team


• 
  Assign team members daily tasks to meet deadlines


• 
  Run finish parts on BHX and ABD when needed


• 
  Make cut lists for each job and cut them


• 
  Ability to read drawings and measurement


• 
  Sanding and assembling job specific pieces i.e. hoods, legs, floating shelves, mantels


• 
  General knowledge of power tools and safety protocol


• 
  Ordering job specific materials


• 
  Flexibility to help different departments when needed


• 
  Unload wood shipments


• 
  Assist with punch list items


• 
  Track hardware for upcoming jobs


• 
  Assist with hardware inventory

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 
  High School Diploma or GED


• 
  2 years woodworking experience


• 
  Forklift certification (onsite training and certification available)


• 
  Attention to detail and precision


• 
  Computer skills


• 
  Effectively communicate with team and management


• 
  Flexibility to work some weekends when meeting deadlines


• 
  Proficient in math


• 
  Able to lift 50lbs or more


• 
  Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts


• 
  Perform repetitive motions
