Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $18 - $20 hourly

Hansen and Company Woodworks, a leader in advanced woodworking, seeks a skilled and motivated Woodworks Technician to join our dynamic production team in our state-of-the-art facility. Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently move products through the production process, including hardware installation, door assembly, and attaching components to caseworks.
• Adapt to evolving processes and embrace new software tools to increase productivity.
• Collaborate closely with the Production Manager and teammates to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the workspace.
• Proactively suggest improvements to processes and products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in woodworking, manufacturing, fabrication, or construction.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
• Positive, self-motivated attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to multitask effectively, both independently and within a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and methods.

 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with production-oriented software tools.
