Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites with a strong focus on performance, security, and scalability.
  

• Create custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to project-specific needs.
  

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to bring high-fidelity designs to life.
  

• Implement website optimizations for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
  

• Integrate external APIs and services seamlessly within WordPress projects.
  

• Conduct code reviews, enforce best coding practices, and mentor junior developers.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical challenges efficiently.
  

• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices.
  

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional WordPress development experience.
  

• Strong command over PHP, MySQL, Laravel.
  

• Server side knowledge is required.

• Experience with popular page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, etc.).
  

• Expertise in creating and managing custom post types (CPTs), taxonomies, and WordPress hooks.
  

• Deep understanding of SEO principles, website accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization techniques.
  

• Familiarity with hosting environments (e.g., WP Engine, Kinsta, Cloudways) and deployment pipelines.
