WordPress Developer

Silver Bell Group is looking for a
skilled and detail -oriented WordPress
Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands -on experience
building and maintaining WordPress websites, with the ability to implement
custom solutions, optimize performance, and ensure seamless functionality.
Knowledge of JavaScript and PHP is a
strong advantage, particularly for plugin customization, integration, and
extending WordPress functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize,
  and maintain WordPress websites.
  
• Implement new
  features, layouts, and templates using WordPress themes and page builders.
  
• Modify and extend
  existing plugins, or develop new ones if required.
  
• Ensure website
  performance, security, and responsive design across all devices.
  
• Collaborate with
  the marketing and design teams to implement technical requirements.
  
• Optimize websites
  for speed, SEO, and best practices in UX.
  
• Troubleshoot, test,
  and resolve issues across browsers and devices.
  
• Stay up to date
  with the latest WordPress updates, trends, and best practices.
  

• Proven experience
  as a WordPress Developer (portfolio of completed projects is a plus).
  
• Strong knowledge of
  WordPress CMS, themes, and plugin ecosystem.
  
• Solid understanding
  of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  
• Working knowledge
  of PHP for plugin customization and
  backend adjustments is a big plus.
  
• Familiarity with
  responsive design and cross -browser compatibility.
  
• Understanding of
  SEO principles and web performance optimization.
  
• Strong
  problem -solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work
  independently and collaboratively with cross -functional teams.
  
• Experience with API
  integrations is a plus.
  
• Knowledge of WooCommerce
  setup and customization is a plus.
  
• Basic understanding
  of server management and hosting environments is a plus.
