The Shipley Agency, a partner of Symmetry Financial Group, is looking for entry level to experienced insurance sales agents to join our team, working from home, to help protect families across the nation with various forms of life and health insurance and financial and retirement planning.

What We DO:

• Provide one-on-one mentorship and training to all agents.
• We use data driven systems and cutting edge lead generation that gets you connected with interested clients quickly.
• Meet online or by phone with families to determine their coverage needs and discuss their options.
• Flexible hours and work environment with the ability for high-level income.  .
• Protect families through the best available product line in the financial marketplace.

• Valid Life and Health Insurance License in your state (or willingness to obtain one)
• Must have a computer, internet service and phone to service clients
• Strong communication skills and proactive in problem-solving
• Organized, coachable and goal oriented
• Self-motivated and committed to personal growth
• Willingness to follow a proven system of success
