Globe Life AO is hiring! We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Benefits Representatives. This is a remote position with full training provided, making it the perfect opportunity for those looking to start a new career, switch industries, or gain valuable experience in customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients virtually with enrolling in their benefits packages
Provide personalized service and support for policyholders
Conduct virtual presentations and consultations
Learn and promote company products with integrity and clarity
Maintain accurate client records and follow up with customer

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment
High level of motivation and a team-player attitude
Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
Willing to obtain a state insurance license (we help with that!)
