What You’ll Do:

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, or video

• Help clients understand insurance coverage options

• Process enrollments and follow up on documentation

• Provide exceptional customer service and support

• Attend virtual team meetings and training sessions

What We’re Looking For:

• Great attitude and strong work ethic

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Must reside in the U.S.

• Basic computer and internet skills

• No previous insurance experience required — we train you!
