Our Work Readiness Program is a 12 to 18 month Hope-based program providing successful workforce training and reintegration support for formerly incarcerated people and those with barriers to meaningful employment. We hold Hope as a core value because we live by our organization's impact statement: "We are all defined by our futures."
SUMMARY
This position will provide manufacturing knowledge and excellence to deliver a safe and impactful operation. Success in this position will require quality assurance, dismantling and proper sorting of electronics, safe operation in a warehouse setting, and basic computer knowledge and usage. Additional skills training may include forklift certification, Successful Strategies in the Workforce, Financial Literacy, Entrepreneur Training, and introduction to community organizations and fair chance employers.
