Job Description - Workamper Couple - GM & Maintenance Lead

We are looking for a hard-working and driven Workamper couple who are interested in joining a team of passionate outdoor enthusiasts! We are looking to fill positions for a General Manager and Maintenance Lead. Previous leadership experience is required. Must possess sensible people skills, adequate understanding of technology and computer programs, excellent organization, and a high-level of professionalism. The ability to think on your toes in a fast paced environment is imperative. Must be able to provide direction to team members and work cohesively to foster a strong professional relationships amongst staff. The main focus is always customer satisfaction and maintaining happy customer relations to keep campers coming both back short-term and long-term.
