Workday Financials Consultant

Sansar Tec LLC is seeking a skilled Senior Workday Financials Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in Workday Financials implementation and optimization, providing expert guidance to our clients in streamlining their financial processes. You will play a crucial role in enhancing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency through innovative solutions tailored to meet diverse client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday Financials modules for various clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Provide expert guidance on financial processes, best practices, and Workday Financials functionalities.
• Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support to ensure system integrity.
• Analyze and report on financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with Workday Financials releases and enhancements to provide ongoing value to clients.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Financials consulting and implementation.
• Workday Financials Certification (Required)
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality consulting services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Any other Workday certifications is a plus
