We are seeking a Workday Product Manager to join our Corporate Technology organization, reporting to the Product Lead, HR. This role is responsible for shaping the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our Core HR and Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms, which serve as foundational systems supporting the employee lifecycle across the firm.

This position sits at the intersection of HR, Technology, and global operations. The successful candidate will bring strong product discipline, sound enterprise judgment, and the ability to partner closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, well‑governed HCM solutions in a complex, highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Core HR and HCM technology capabilities, ensuring alignment with HR strategy and enterprise technology objectives.
• Serve as the primary product owner for Core HR and HCM platforms, with accountability for data integrity, security, and employee experience.
• Partner closely with HR and People Operations leaders to translate evolving business needs into scalable, compliant HCM solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and integration teams to design resilient solutions across Workday HCM and adjacent enterprise systems.
• Evaluate solution options, articulate trade‑offs, and guide teams toward designs that balance near‑term delivery with long‑term HCM platform health.
• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from discovery and design through implementation, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Provide clear, executive‑ready communication on roadmap progress, dependencies, risks, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience across HR technology, HCM platforms, HRIS, or enterprise product management.
• Demonstrated experience owning or leading Core HR and HCM solutions within a global, complex organization.
• Strong familiarity with Workday HCM and broader HCM ecosystems; configuration experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to operate effectively across HR, Technology, and vendor partners.
• Exceptional communication, judgment, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfort operating in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and high expectations for rigor and quality.
