Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting Architect to lead the design, governance, and optimization of enterprise reporting solutions. The candidate will define reporting standards, provide technical leadership, mentor reporting consultants, and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Reporting Center of Excellence activities. 


• Design enterprise reporting architecture. 


• Develop complex calculated fields and reporting solutions. 


• Create Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports. 


• Design executive dashboards and Discovery Boards. 


• Establish report governance standards. 


• Perform report performance tuning. 


• Review report security and data governance. 


• Support Workday semi-annual releases. 


• Mentor junior consultants.
