Workday Senior Project Manager Time & Attendance (Union Payroll SME) - 1611

Must Have:

• Time & Attendance systems implementation (UKG Pro, Workday, Infor)
  
• Union payroll rules configuration (overtime, premiums, meal penalties, shift differentials)
  
• CBA interpretation and rule mapping
  
• Payroll and time data reconciliation
  
• System integration across Time, Payroll, HCM
  
• Agile delivery (sprint planning, execution)
  
• Functional requirements and process design
  

Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end Time & Attendance transformation programs
  
• Own timelines, risks, and executive reporting
  
• Configure and validate union payroll rules based on CBAs
  
• Run requirements workshops and document functional specs
  
• Translate business rules into system configurations
  
• Drive integration between Time, Payroll, and HCM systems
  
• Define and execute testing strategy including parallel runs
  
• Perform payroll and time data reconciliation
  
• Ensure compliance with labor and regulatory requirements
  
• Lead stakeholder communication and adoption efforts
  

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in Time & Attendance and payroll systems
  
• Strong experience in union environments
  
• Hands on experience with UKG Pro, Workday, or Infor
  
• Experience leading large scale system transformations
  
• Strong data analysis and validation skills
  
• Experience working with system integrators
