Job Summary
We are seeking a workers' compensation attorney to join our growing law firm. You will work closely with the partners, other colleagues, and staff to provide excellent legal service to our clients. if you are an organized self-starter with a passion for law, we want to hear from you. Healthy bonus structure paid monthly as earned.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research

Provide legal counsel in coordination with senior colleagues

Negotiate on behalf of the clients

Maintain detailed and accurate client records

Maintain litigation files

Prepare legal documents, motions and pleadings

Conduct depositions, arbitrations and trials

Supervise paralegals and administrative assistants

Qulifications

Compensation: $126,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
