Workers' Compensation Applicant Attorney - Hiring Immediately

The client represents the people who keep our community safe and moving every day. Firefighters, first responders, correction officers, construction workers, teachers, restaurant workers, and health care workers in their fight for Workers' Compensation benefits.

They have grown from 4 people to over 70 in just over 9 years! We have recently opened offices in Sacramento, Stockton, and San Jose and plan to continue our dramatic growth in the future. Core Responsibilities:

•Oversee and advocate a complete caseload from inception to resolution

•Foster excellent communication with both the team and clients

•Lead your case management team in delivering exceptional customer service

•Represent the firm at company and community events

•Note: The above list is not exhaustive and the role may involve other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

•Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a California applicant or defense attorney, handling all aspects of workers' compensation cases, including depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals

•Licensure: Active California State Bar membership

•Transportation: Valid California driver's license and the willingness to travel, occasionally overnight, to various boards in Northern California
