Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of 40–100 active workers’ compensation claims across multiple states with a self-insured mindset.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers, medical providers, and legal counsel to optimize claim outcomes and control costs.
• Maintain consistent, supportive contact with injured employees to facilitate timely return-to-work arrangements.
• Conduct investigations to assess claim validity and identify potential fraud.
• Ensure compliance with state-specific workers’ compensation laws and maintain detailed, audit-ready documentation.
• Provide training and coaching to operations managers on incident reporting and injury prevention.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of workers’ compensation claims management experience with large caseloads.
• Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation statutes and return-to-work program design.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage complex claim portfolios effectively.
• Proficiency with claims management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred certifications: ARM, WCP, OSHA 30, or comparable credentials.
• Experience in security services, staffing, construction, or similar high-risk industries is a plus.
