Plusses: Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish)
Day to Day/Core Responsibilities: Administration of claims by working directly with the insurance company claims management team, injured workers, medical facilities, and branch locations. Point of contact for company branch locations concerning workers’ compensation claims. Maintain workers’ compensation database and claim files. Assist with OSHA recordkeeping and accident investigations. Participate in claim review meetings with insurance broker and carrier.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
