Workers' Compensation Specialist

Must Haves:
1-3 years of workers' compensation experience
Knowledge of Workers' Compensation laws and regulations
Caretaker personality (empathetic)
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Plusses:
Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish)

Day to Day/Core Responsibilities:
Administration of claims by working directly with the insurance company claims management team, injured workers, medical facilities, and branch locations.
Point of contact for company branch locations concerning workers’ compensation claims.
Maintain workers’ compensation database and claim files.
Assist with OSHA recordkeeping and accident investigations.
Participate in claim review meetings with insurance broker and carrier.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
