ABOUT US: MultiLingual Solutions, Inc. (MLS) is a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) with more than 21 years of successful experience providing professional language services, foreign language and cultural training, and analysis support to a broad client base consisting of more than 40 U.S. military and intelligence customers, as well as over 2,000 civilian government, commercial and non-profit organizations in various fields. With ISO 9001:2015 and 17100:2015 certifications, MLS provides services in more than 100 languages, employing innovative technologies and methodologies and applying best practices from both the Government and commercial arenas to advance each customer’s unique communication and operational objectives throughout the U.S. and across the globe.

POSITION SUMMARY: We are actively seeking Workflow Specialists to support a state-wide government effort. Workflow Support Specialists ensure disparate data collection, preparation, exploitation, and reporting processes are efficient, operational, and well understood by contract personnel. This position is pending contract award.


Requirements

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with technology-based efforts, establishing and documenting repeatable workflows, and helping troubleshoot problems.
  • Automate repeatable workflows and optimize the data coming in to meet the needs of workflows and systems.
  • Use data science methodologies to help make changes and evaluate collections, and utilize HLT to support translation projects throughout the full life cycle.
  • Assist with executing tactical data quality control of requirements on a daily basis.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Candidates with any level of clearance, including those with no clearance but who are deemed eligible, may be considered.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Have a good command of the foreign media landscape and advancements in data handling technologies.
  • May be required to possess foreign language capabilities at the Proficient level (ILR level 3/3+) or at the Advanced level (ILR level 4/4+) and may or may not be required to translate material into English.
  • Experience in disparate data collection, preparation, exploitation, and supporting data reporting processes and quality control requirements.
  • Able to establish and document repeatable workflows, automated data collection, and data handling.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Foreign language capabilities at the Proficient level (ILR level 3/3+) or Advanced level (IRL 4/4+).
  • Experience supporting the IC.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly concerning the ability to engage collaboratively and effectively in a virtual environment.
  • Strong time and task management skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • 8-hour shifts or as required by the customer.

PAY RANGE:

Pay Range: $50,000 - $150,000 a year

MultiLingual Solutions (MLS) pay range and level are general guidelines for this job. Several factors, including education, geographic location, contract labor categories, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, or market data, determine the final salary.
