Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

This role will serve as a bridge between our healthcare organization and educational institutions, advising on curriculum development, representing our organization at events, and promoting healthcare careers within the local workforce.

• Act as the primary liaison between our healthcare organization and educational institutions, advising on curriculum development for healthcare technical programs.
• Coordinate and attend job fairs, career expos, and school events to promote healthcare career opportunities and represent our organization.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with schools offering healthcare programs to facilitate collaboration and partnership.
• Promote the choice of healthcare careers within the local workforce through targeted outreach and engagement initiatives.

Here’s what you’ll have:

• Bachelor's degree
• Must have minimum of 3 years’ experience in a healthcare environment
• Must have minimum of 3 years’ experience in a workforce development role
• Must have experience with public speaking and excel at public presentations
• Able to work fully onsite
• Able to travel as needed to various schools in the local area
