Workforce Development Navigator (Bilingual)
Summary: In this role you will provide case management and support for our clients in various workforce programs, including Latinos in Finance, Construction, CNA, and others. You will teach valuable work soft skills including resume writing and interviewing and support the clients’ success until the desired outcome is reached. You will also support the Workforce Supervisor in the overall coordination of the program.
Full-Time position= 32 hours per week
Non-exempt hourly position, $33/hr (annualized equivalent $54,900)
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 9am to 5pm, with occasional evenings or weekends.
Location: San Rafael, with occasional WFH opportunity.
