The OJT Operations Specialist manages training processes, systems, and documentation to ensure consistent, compliant execution of On-the-Job Training (OJT) across global locations. You\u0027ll partner with subject matter authorities to develop and maintain training materials and controlled documentation.\n\n## Responsibilities:\n\n * Conduct job task analyses (JTAs) to identify role tasks and required knowledge and skills.\n\n * Design, implement, and maintain OJT curricula, learning items, and task\u2011based certification checklists to measure proficiency.\n\n * Standardize business processes and documentation while ensuring compliance with quality expectations.\n\n * Assess training and process efficiency, identify gaps, and support continuous improvement efforts.\n\n * Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to gather training needs, manage training requests, and maintain training materials.\n\n * Analyze and report data, including extraction, categorization, visualization, and recurring updates for collaborators.\n\n\n\n\n## Minimum Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree and at least three (3) years of related work experience.\n\n * Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.\n\n * Ability to extract, analyze, and visualize data using Excel and Microsoft Office tools.\n\n * Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.\n\n * Experience working in collaborative, team\u2011based environments.\n\n\n\n\n## Preferred Qualifications:\n\n * Ability to understand technical concepts and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.\n\n * Experience using GenAI or automation tools to improve efficiency and quality.\n\n * Strong analytical and problem\u2011solving skills.\n\n * Experience developing or supporting OJT or task\u2011based certification programs.\n\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nWF Development Specialist 2\n\nRelocation Level: TBD\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
