Job Description - Workforce Management Analyst Closes 4/30/2025

Description

Our Workforce Management Team is a fast-moving and high-profile team serving both inbound and outbound call centers. The position requires working closely with multiple teams to achieve the best results. Workforce analysts assist with maximizing the effectiveness of scheduling, systems, performance metrics, data analysis, reporting, and overall operational functions for multiple lines of business. The analyst will be responsible for proactively monitoring, managing, and communicating intraday contact center performance in support of contractual obligations and organizational goals for multiple clients. We Offer

  • Starting pay at $20.08 plus an additional fringe pay of $4.57/hr to be used for benefits, 401k and/or can be added back to your paycheck if no benefits are selected.
  • Flexible shifts Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST(1hr lunch), Saturday 9:30am-2pm EST(Saturday schedule will be every other week and the week you work Saturday, you will have a shorter shift that week)

  • Ability to obtain a federal security clearance.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or Veterans preferred
  • Workforce management experience
  • Must not currently be in default on student loans
  • Ability to pass a Federal Clearance background check
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while working under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
  • Works well with frequent interruptions, deadlines, creative thinking, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and making decisions based on incomplete information
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be able to work any combination of hours, including but not limited to evenings and some holidays, based on business needs
