Description of Work
The Office of Economic Opportunity and Compliance (EOC) exist to promote economic opportunity, growth and engagement in communities across N.C. to ensure stakeholders have access and opportunity to participate in transportation programs. EOC is responsible for advocating, administering, implementing, and monitoring the Department’s Title VI Nondiscrimination Program, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)program, Unified Certification Program, Small Business Program, Equal Opportunity Contractor Compliance Program, Americans with Disabilities Act Program, On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program, and University Collaborations/ HBCU Outreach.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences
Salary Grade and Salary Range: NC17 $60,881.00-$106,544.00
Hiring Range: $60,881.00- $85,000.00
