We are seeking a Workforce Support Analyst who has an expertise in organizational management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong management abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Must have familiarity with:
Workforce Development and Training Support
DoD FM Certification Program Support
Financial Management Training Courses
Web-based FM Training Management Tool
Required Skills:
· Advanced degree in management, accounting, economics, or finance with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience, or 14 years of experience with no degree; and 2 or more years of experience on large, technically complex projects in areas of functional expertise.
· Deep knowledge of Army budgeting, execution, and financial reporting
· Ability to interpret and apply financial laws, regulations, and policies
$130,000 - $145,000 a year
At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
