Working CNC Team Lead

Pries is looking for working CNC Lead to add to our 2nd shift team! 

We are hiring on 2nd shift, M-F and a possible Saturday depending on production. Wage varies from $25-30 per hour, higher pending experience! Training on 1st shift required!

• 2pm-10pm

Duties include:

• Lead and support CNC machinists in daily production activities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC mills and/or lathes

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings

• Ensure parts meet quality standards and customer specifications

• Coordinate workflow and prioritize jobs to meet production schedules

• Train and mentor team members on machining techniques and safety practices

• Perform tool changes, offsets, and program adjustments as needed

• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues

• Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste

• Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Safety Department
• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
• Clean and organize your work area
