Day Shift: Monday thru Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Working Foreman Tasks:

• Ability to diagnose problems in vehicle systems in a timely and efficient manner to address customer complaints


• Ability to learn and perform state-of-the-art diagnostic techniques to repair malfunctions on vehicle systems within standard rate times


• Ability to create a team environment and instruct junior technicians with vehicle repairs as needed


• Assists the Service Manager and Service Advisors with resolving customer and employee complains that arise in the shop

Qualifications:

• Possess the skills and natural ability to understand and repair systems on medium & heavy duty trucks


• Familiarity with International product lines preferred, but not required


• At least 6-8 years of automotive, Ag or diesel technician experience preferred


• Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills


• Must be detail oriented


• Must have a clean driving record


• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old


• Must be able to pass a background check, drug test and physical


• Must be able to frequently lift 10 to 75 lbs. with assistance


• A degree/certification in Diesel Technology or Diesel Ag preferred, but not required
