You are ready for your transformation if you are/have:

• A student of Finance & Accounting (preferable)

• Any experience in Accounts Payable (nice to have)

• Availability of 25-30 hours per week

• English on at least B2 level

• Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail

• Basic knowledge of Excel (nice to have)

Transform yourself and take responsibility for:

• Processing supplier invoices / credit memos (no-PO)

• Processing Vendor Master Data

• Email communication with suppliers regarding incorrect or outstanding invoices

• Documentation of original invoices in the VAT register, journals with posting according to local laws and regulations

• Supporting Team in daily activities

• Other tasks defined by more experienced team members
