Working Supervisor C Shift - Louisville, KY

The Working Supervisor leads day-to-day operations on the bottling line while actively participating in
production activities. This role ensures the team meets safety, quality, and production goals by combining
hands-on work with supervisory responsibilities. Beverage or bottling experience is strongly preferred. .
Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support bottling line team members to meet daily production targets as an active and present participant on the production line.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching as needed.
• Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting issues on the line.
• Operate, adjust, and maintain bottling equipment to minimize downtime.
• Assist with changeovers, startups, and shutdowns to keep operations on schedule.
• Enforce all safety policies and ensure a clean, organized work area.
• Monitor quality throughout the production process and address issues immediately.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and beverage industry standards.
• Communicate daily production goals, challenges, and updates to the team and Bottling Manager.
• Document shift performance, downtime, and labor hours accurately.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve operational issues quickly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade certification preferred.
• 2+ years of production experience required; bottling or beverage manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• 1+ year of lead, crew leader, or supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate bottling equipment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
