Workplace Experience Coordinator

We are looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face of 1X. In this role, you will manage the front desk and help create a positive, organized, and comfortable workplace for employees and guests. Your goal is to ensure everyone feels supported and can do their best work.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and employees warmly and professionally.
• Manage the front desk, visitor check-ins, and guest badges.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
• Support basic office access tasks like badge activation and deactivation.
• Coordinate office services such as catering, cleaning, and supplies.
• Help prepare meeting rooms and workstations for new hires and guests.
• Assist in planning simple workplace events and activities.
• Work with teams like IT, HR, and Facilities to support day-to-day needs.

Must-Haves:

• 1–3 years of experience in a front desk, administrative, or hospitality role.
• Friendly, organized, and dependable with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace
• Able to manage multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a team-focused mindset.
