We are looking for a Workplace Virtualization Engineer to join our expanding team.  

The heart of the role 

• Support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) on-premise and Citrix Desktops as a Service (DaaS) in the cloud 

• Supporting a growing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environment 

• Troubleshoot and implement fixes for all Citrix and AVD environments 

• Investigate and resolve single-user and major incidents 

• Manage application and OS patching 

• Follow the best ITSM practices 

• Collaborate with application owners and other teams 

What makes you a great fit 

• Experience maintaining Citrix CVAD / DaaS or AVD environments 

• Experience with Azure cloud technologies 

• Basic understanding of the technology stack involved - from hypervisor to application level and everything in-between 

• Basic understanding of computer network fundamentals 

• Good understanding of Windows desktop and Windows Server operating systems 

• Good understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy concepts 

• Basic capability of PowerShell scripting 

This will make you stand out from the crowd 

• Familiarity with Nutanix hypervisor technology 

• Experience working in an international enterprise 

• Experience creating documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
