This is a fully onsite position, Shift - M-F 8-5 (may flex depending on need)
Provide technical troubleshooting and issue resolution (primarily end user hardware, software and infrastructure), asset management, and IT customer liaison for the employees and contractors. Responsible for overall internal customer satisfaction, reliable problem resolution, and adherence to service level agreements. In addition to technical skills, building strong relationships with internal customer base, effectively collaborating with peers and other IT groups, and ensuring the safety of self and others will be key success factors.
Will require on call rotation which ends up being about 2 weeks a year. On call will require after hours availability but there is not a high volume of after hours tickets.
Supports project deployment plans associated with application and equipment roll-outs and upgrades. Provides technical knowledge and customer education to ensure efficient development, implementation, and support of systems. Provides feedback to IT project teams in an effort to continuously improve solutions offered to internal end users.
