Job Title: Worship Associate

This is a FULL-TIME POSITION - 40 HOURS A WEEK 

THE ROLE

Cornerstone l is looking for an Associate Worship Leader whose primary responsibility is leading worship at Salt Company — planning, leading, and pastoring the room for our college-age gathering each week. Beyond that primary context, this person carries the same expectations as every member of our team: developing others, growing in skill, and living out the identity and commitments that shape how we serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Leading at Salt Company

• 
  Plan and lead worship for Salt Company on a weekly basis, working closely with the team serving alongside you.


• 
  Pastor the room, not just lead it — Salt Company is a distinct context (college-age, high-energy, high-volume), and this role means understanding and shepherding what that specific room needs.


• 
  Collaborate with production and other team members to ensure Salt Company’s expression of worship reflects Cornerstone Worship’s broader vision while fitting its own context well.

Your Job Description will be the basis of regular evaluation and coaching. Your direct supervisor will inspect what they expect from you as an employee.
