Wound Care Nurse LPN / RN

Position:  Wound care Nurse LPN or RN - $5000 Sign On Bonus

NHC Somerville is looking for one LPN or RN to join our Nursing Team, as Wound Care Nurse! Wound Care Certification is not required, but preferred...with the expectation to become Wound Care Certified in the future. 

Responsibilities include:

• working with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment


• development of individualized patient plans of care


• maintaining open and ongoing communication with patients and families


• assuring that appropriate nursing wound care is being provided


• assisting with meds and treatments as needed


• other patient care duties as assigned.
