Wound Care Nurse Manager

Description

CutisCare provides management services to wound care and hyperbaric medicine service lines in hospitals nationwide. As an Inpatient Nurse Manager, you will be joining a team of compassionate wound care specialists in positively impacting the patients’ quality of life throughout their healing journey. This is a full time position with medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) match and paid time off.

• Coordinate referral, daily assignments
• Audit Charts for continuity of care and documentation requirements
• Provide education during new hire orientation
• Provide yearly training to all direct care staff: Nurses, Technicians, Transport Teams, Physicians, etc.
• Implement a hospital wide education program to roll out to all current staff on all patient care towers
• Train and develop Skin Champions for all units/towers/departments

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current state license
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience
• Bachelor's of Science preferred
• Wound care experience preferred
• Supervisory experience required
