What You’ll Do
Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand partnerships with SNFs, ALFs, home health agencies, hospitals, and physician offices.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Case Managers, and other key decision-makers.
Promote NIVA Health’s wound care services through onsite presentations, educational programs, and facility events.
Serve as the primary marketing and communication liaison between NIVA Health and referral partners.
Meet or exceed monthly referral and growth benchmarks, managing your pipeline and tracking performance in CRM systems.
Support the onboarding process for new facility partners and ensure smooth transitions from referral to patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid regulations.
Collaborate across teams to drive partner satisfaction and continually improve service delivery.
What You Bring
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (preferred).
2–3+ years of healthcare sales, facility marketing, or referral development experience.
Strong familiarity with SNF and ALF operations, referral workflows, and post-acute environments.
Proven success in territory growth and referral generation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to independently manage your territory and prioritize daily outreach.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date auto insurance.

Work Environment: Hybrid remote position requiring frequent local travel throughout the assigned territory.
